Pitaria

This is the new bet of the portuguese Chef Jose Avillez. The restaurant Pitaria presents flavours that are a mix between de Middle East and the city of Lisbon.

It is located in the heart of the portuguese capital - Chiado (Rua da Trindade, 3) - and is the perfec place to visit during the day, after work or in the evening.

In the menu, you can find 7 different 'Pitas', all of them prepared at the moment with fresh ingredients. Pitas can also be served as salads, without bread. The prices goes from €7 and €7,50. You can also add fried potatoes with Za'atar or fried sweet potatoes.

GREGA: Tomato, avocado, cucumber, lettucee, black olives, fetta cheese, oregano and yogurt and mint dressing

PORK SHOARMA: Pork, lettuce, tomato, coriander, pickled onion and garlic and mint dressing

CHICKEN SHOARMA: Grilled chicken, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, coriander and garlic and yogurt dressing

FALAFEL WITH BABA GANOUSH: Chickpea falafel, lettuce, tomato, watercress, baba ganoush, red onion, pomegranate and yougurt and mint dressing

KEBAB: Minced meat with spices, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, fried onion, pickled turnip, green olives and mustard dressing

SUJUK: Armenian sausage, lettuce, tomato, red onion, pickled cabbage, yogurt and garlic dressing

ARAIS 'PITA PAN': Minced meat with spices, cheese, Iberian pork chorizo, lettuce, pickled turnip, red onion and coriander

You can not say goodbye without try one of the two desserts: the Baklava, fresh cream and orange blossom, or the rose, coconut and pistachio ice cream.

Esta é a nova aposta do chefe português José Avillez. O restaurante Pitaria apresenta sabores que são uma mistura entre o Médio Oriente o e a cidade de Lisboa.

Localizado no coração da capital portuguesa - Chiado (Rua da Trindade, 3) - é o lugar perfeito para visitar durante o dia, depois do trabalho ou à noite.

No menu, podemos encontrar 7 'Pitas' diferentes, todas preparados no momento com ingredientes frescos. As Pitas também podem ser servidas como saladas, sem pão. Os preços vão desde os € 7 e € 7,50. Também se pode adicionar batatas fritas com Za'atar ou batatas doces fritas.

SHOARMA DE GALINHA: Frango grelhado, alface, tomate, pepino, coentros e molho de alho e iogurte

FALAFEL COM BABA GANOUSH: Falafel de grão-de-bico, alface, tomate, agrião, bisoush baba, cebola vermelha, romã e molho de iogurte e menta

KEBAB: Carne picada com especiarias, alface, tomate, pepino, cebola frita, nabo em conserva, azeitonas verdes e molho de mostarda

SUJUK: salsicha da Arménia, alface, tomate, cebola vermelha, repolho em conserva, molho de iogurte e alho

ARAIS 'PITA PAN': Carne picada com especiarias, queijo, chouriço de porco ibérico, alface, nabo em conserva, cebola vermelha e coentros

Ninguém pode dizer adeus sem antes provar uma das duas sobremesas: o Baklava (natas frescas e flor de laranjeira), ou o sorvete de rosa, coco e pistachio.
