The name Loja das Meias has been indissociable from the city of Lisbon for over 100 years. The store was born in 1905, in a famous corner of Rossio, beginning by selling socks and corsets.
Later, it became the store that brought all the luxury brands to the Portuguese. Everything that was beautiful and different, was in the Loja das Meias.
And the truth is that, after so many years, and fortunately, it remains so. And I'm not talking only about clothes and accessories, but also from a wide range of beauty products. Here we can find brands like Stella McCartney, Karl Lagerfeld, Chiara Ferragni, Mickael Kors, Calvin Klein, Moschino, Alice and Olivia, Elisabetta Franchi, Sonia Rykiel, Escada, Twinset, Off White, Meerk, Charlotte Sparre, Tory Burch, Ralph Lauren, Imauve and many others. Today, Loja das Meias no longer exists in Rossio, but there is still the stores of Rua Castilho and Amoreiras Shopping Center.
I had the privilege of getting to know firsthand all the news for this spring / summer. It was a party day, with cocktails and a fashion show.

O nome Loja das Meias é indissociavel da cidade de Lisboa há mais de 100 anos. Nasceu em 1905, numa famosa esquina do Rossio, começando por vender meias e espartilhos.
Mais tarde, passou a ser a loja que trazia até aos portugueses todas as marcas de luxo. Tudo o que era bonito e diferente, estava na Loja das Meias.
E a verdade é que, passados tantos anos, e felizmente, continua a ser assim. E não só de roupa e acessórios falamos, mas também de uma vasta gama de produtos de beleza. Aqui podemos encontrar marcas como Stella McCartney, Karl Lagerfeld, Chiara Ferragni, Mickael Kors, Calvin Klein, Moschino, Alice and Olivia, Elisabetta Franchi, Sonia Rykiel, Escada, Twinset, Off White, Meerk, Charlotte Sparre, Tory Burch, Ralph Lauren, Imauve e tantas outras. Hoje, a Loja das Meias já não existe no Rossio, mas continua a existir a da Rua Castilho e a do Amoreiras Shopping Center.
Eu tive o privilégio de ficar a conhecer em primeira mão todas as novidades para esta primavera/verão. Foi um dia de festa, com direito a cocktails e a um desfile de moda.
Se estiver de visita a Lisboa, nada como espreitar as novidades. Há muita coisa gira e algumas são boas ideias para presentes originais.
